Project overview
A parking management web application and website for BM Parking GmbH, a digital parking company that replaces barriers and paper tickets with licence plate recognition. It covers the public site, a driver service portal and the back-office tools behind them.
The challenge
BM Parking speaks to three very different audiences: property owners weighing a partnership, partners who need their data, and drivers who arrive after receiving a parking notice. The site had to explain a technical, camera-based process in plain terms, keep the drivers' route separate from the sales route, and work in German, English, Arabic and Turkish.
Our solution
We developed and delivered the full web application: a Python and Flask backend with REST APIs, authentication and database integration, and responsive interfaces in HTML, CSS and JavaScript. It covers parking violation management, invoicing, whitelist workflows, emergency messaging and CSV import, and every page is available in four languages. Drivers get a service portal where they look up a case with the reference number and licence plate from their notice.
